Nutripy
From MVP to paying customers
Point A · Entry
MVP, $0 MRR. The founders initially targeted nutritionists but lacked a clear ideal customer profile and beachhead market.
What we did
PMF Crash Test and GTM review. Four customer discovery workshops with Alex, followed by 50 interviews, a new market niche, and a redesigned sales funnel.
Point B · Result
- $5K MRR within 6 months
- First paid pilots secured after a product pivot
- 4 months of collaboration
“We thought we needed to explain our product better. InspireXchange helped us discover that our customers had entirely different problems. We pivoted and secured our first paying customers.”
Tentura
Open source · founder repositioning
Visit websiteOpen source on GitHub
Point A · Entry
The team struggled to validate PMF and find a sustainable business model, stuck between R&D and a community-driven solution.
What we did
We ran a PMF Crash Test and reviewed GTM experiments. Over 3 months of direct work, the founders identified stronger applications for their technology, made the core product open source, and repositioned their expertise.
Point B · Result
- Founders increased their income and received new offers based on their work
- Project assets became open source and are now used for student R&D
- 3 months of collaboration — from startup deadlock to stronger founder outcomes
“We thought our problem was the lack of an investor. Instead, we realised our product was ahead of its time. We focused on our network, and each founder found more interesting projects that still use what we built at Tentura.”
A successful Crash Test doesn’t always mean raising a round. Sometimes the best outcome is identifying early that the original model doesn’t work, preserving the valuable assets, and helping founders move toward stronger opportunities.
EVI Safety Technology
Maritime safety · early idea to funded venture
Visit websiteNetherlands Maritime Technology (NMT)ENIDH (Portugal)YES!Delft
Point A · Entry
An early-stage idea led by a highly experienced maritime professional, but with no team, startup-building or management experience, technical assets, or resources to develop and validate the product.
What we did
As part of our customised Support Program, Alex joined as Partnership Manager / Business Developer, while Vadim stepped in as interim CTO and Fundraising Manager. We shaped the investment story, introduced the project to investors, ran a PMF Crash Test with B2B experts, positioned EVI within NMT and YES!Delft, established ENIDH prototype testing in Portugal, and helped build an international consortium with Horizon Europe grant access of up to €5M.
Point B · Result
- €100K pre-seed investment secured
- Additional €400K investor commitment confirmed within 3 weeks of kickoff
- Valuation increased from €0.7M to €8M within one year
- Accepted into YES!Delft; prototype testing partnership with ENIDH; Horizon Europe consortium access up to €5M
“InspireXchange joined at a very early stage, when I was still the only person on the team. We divided responsibilities, built the structure around the company and turned the idea into a working startup. They pushed us towards major partnerships and focused B2B sales in a very conservative maritime industry. Their support helped us avoid many early-stage mistakes and become part of the Dutch startup and maritime ecosystem.”
From industry expertise to an investable venture — fundraising plus the team, partnerships, validation, and industry access needed to enter a conservative B2B maritime market.
